Babylon 5 originated from a 1993 film and had a successful run of five seasons and 110 episodes. It features a five-mile long space station that serves as a neutral meeting place for various alien species amid the threat of war. The creator, Straczynski, has expanded the story through TV films, comics, and novels, as well as a spinoff series called Crusade.
Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment have announced plans to release an animated feature during the summer season.
